CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / REFUNDS POLICY FOR TUTOR SESSIONS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our policy on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
Students may cancel or reschedule sessions freely up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
Students who arrive late may still join their session; however, sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If a student is more than 10 minutes late for a 25-minute session or 15 minutes late for a 50-minute session, the session will be considered forfeited and charged in full.
RESCHEDULING
Students may reschedule sessions at any time, as long as changes are made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling within 4 hours is not permitted, and the session will be treated as a late cancellation.
You can also schedule or reschedule multiple sessions at once for added convenience and flexibility.
Tutors are assigned based on availability, so rescheduling may affect which tutor is assigned. While we strive to accommodate tutor preferences, specific tutors cannot be guaranteed for last-minute changes. Please note that requesting a specific tutor may require adjusting your session time to fit their schedule
REFUNDS
If a tutor is more than 5 minutes late, the session will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no additional cost.
We value our students comfort and the right to a safe learning space. Claims related to inappropriate tutor behavior, unprofessional conduct, or other session quality concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or credits may be issued as deemed appropriate. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
