    In-Store Pickup

    Curbside pickup is available for We provide pick-up services for customers in the Greater Los Angeles area. This pick-up service only applies to medium to extra-large furniture purchases. Pickups are available We will email you to set a pick up time.

    We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

    Freight Shipping (with Crate Fee)

    Organize Your Own Crating & Shipping (Medium to XL Furniture only)

    Order Pick Up (Medium to XL Furniture only)

    All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

    Please note that medium to extra-large furniture pieces will incur freight shipping fees. Packages larger than 2 cubic feet are freight shipments; freight costs may exceed $600. We build a crate for your piece to be shipped in to protect your furniture until it reaches its destination. This crate service is built into your total freight shipping fee. You may organize crating and shipping yourself for a small fee.

    We do not offer international shipping.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    RETURNS

    All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

    RETURN PROCESS

    To return an item, please email customer service at contact@aehko.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

    EXCEPTIONS

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    ● Large Pieces Over 25 Pounds

    ● Ceramic Pieces

    ● Items With Signs of Use (watermarks, scratches, etc.)
