CRAFTING PROCESS

  • Once we receive your project request, we will schedule a meeting to delve into your design aspirations. Come prepared to share inspirations, ideas, and the intended function.

  • After your consultation, we enter the drafting phase. During this phase, we use drafting software to translate your concepts into formal designs.

    We execute two rough drafts of your project for a flat rate of $200. We execute further, formal drafting at a rate of $75/hr.

    We only recommend formal drafting for retail pieces or highly specialized pieces, especially if they are subject to licenses or inspection.

  • If you are satisfied with your design after the drafting phase, we will present the final proposal, including the final design draft, costs, and a separate materials estimate.

    All custom furniture pieces, excluding home goods commissions, are subject to a payment plan that must be settled before moving forward with the project. Once the final proposal is accepted, no changes can be made to the design.

  • Once the final proposal is approved, we source materials, confirm the details with you, and then invoice for the final material costs. Building commences upon payment for materials.

  • Once we have the materials in hand, we work to meet your deadline, providing regular updates on progress until completion.

  • We offer local curbside delivery in LA County for a fee. We also offer out-of-state shipping with insurance.

    Please note that large pieces may incur freight costs exceeding $900. We will discuss shipping options during consultation.
